- We will meet with you two months prior to your wedding to go over all your details.
- We will be attentive to all your needs via telephone and /or e-mail.
- We will visit the site of your ceremony and reception in person and introduce ourselves to your celebrant and maitre d’ one month prior to your date.
- We will have a second meeting with you two weeks before your wedding date to go over all details.
- We will contact all vendors after this meeting to guarantee your wishes are being met.
- If you need help with ideas for floral arrangements etc. we will advise or assist you.
- We will distribute remaining vendor balances and/or gratuities.
- We will stay with you from before ceremony to the very end of your affair – until you depart the location.
- We will have on hand a Wedding Day Emergency Kit for the little tears and spills that sometime occur.
- We will help your officiant organize and run through your ceremony rehearsal on the day of your wedding ceremony.

- Question:Why should I use a Wedding Consultant or Wedding Planner?
ANSWER: With frantic work schedules brides typically spend many frustrating hours searching for venues and vendors at inconvenient hours of the day only to learn the results are not what the bride really wants.
Meeting with an experienced Wedding Consultant, Wedding Planner will enable you to discuss your wishes, needs and budgets. The consultant will bring you suggestions as to venues and vendors that suit your needs. The consultant will screen venues and vendors and only make suggestions that are in harmony with your wishes.
This eliminates many wasted hours.
2) QUESTION: What is the difference between a Day Of Wedding Coordinator, DOC, Wedding Planner and Wedding Consultant?
ANSWER: A Day Of Wedding Coordinator, Wedding Day Coordinator or DOC is with you throughout the wedding day – from your ceremony through your cocktail hour and reception.
The person coordinates with all your vendors regarding their arrival and set up times on your wedding day and confirms all times with your church, temple, ceremony location and catering facility.
The person pays all your vendors, helps you with coordinating your photography of the bridal party, has an emergency kit for the unexpected and stays with you until the end of the reception.
This includes helping you with gifts. Additional options include contacting guests who have not responded to your invitation.
A Wedding Consultant or Wedding Planner works with you from the very beginning – making suggestions helping you select everything from the venue for your ceremony and reception to the specific vendors. Arrangements can be made for The Wedding Consultant or Wedding Planner to also be your Day Of Wedding or Wedding Day Coordinator.
3) Question: What are some additional reasons for using a wedding consultant?
ANSWER: The wedding consultant can draw from years of experience in creative wedding ideas and advice, theme wedding suggestions, unique wedding ideas that suit your personality and wishes, wedding etiquette, suggestions for your bridesmaids, wedding dress suggestions, time saving tips and stress elimination.
4) Question: How can a wedding consultant or wedding planner help eliminate some of the stress in planning a wedding?
ANSWER: A Wedding Consultant or Wedding Planner will suggest vendors for you such as reception locations, ceremony locations, photographers, music for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, wedding dress, limo, florist, invitations as well as help you avoid problem areas and problem vendors. The wedding consultant wedding planner will schedule meetings and accompany you to the appointments.

We were lucky enough to book Stan Wiest as the piano player at our intimate COVID-era wedding reception, and his music single-handedly (double?) elevated the ambience to match the sense of celebration of a large, more formal wedding. Stan is a gentleman, a consummate professional, and, most importantly, an extremely talented solo pianist (for those who know the reference, think Carmen Cavallaro in musical style and dexterity). Stan played enjoyable classics and all our songs requests seamlessly from cocktail hour through to cake cutting with just a few short breaks. As a testament to his musical prowess, we requested the showstopper “Bumble Boogie” as the last song, and Stan performed it flawlessly after hours of playing. It was a privilege to have a musician of his caliber at our event, which makes it easy for us to recommend Stan Wiest to anyone looking to make their night “unforgettable.” A class act! You will not find better.

Stan arranged the music for my daughter’s wedding and my wife and I could not be happier with all that he provided. He, himself played piano during the cocktail hour and provide a string quartet for the church. The musicians and DJ for the affair were outstanding. Excellent experience using Stan. Starting with the reasonable price, the flexibility and attention to detail. They deliver what they promise and more… last minute I requested Science themed backgrounds for the green screen… the ones I provided were not compatible so they worked diligently to customize them and somehow made it work and did not charge me for the extra work. A pleasure to work with… accommodating and I highly recommend them.

Stan Wiest and his crew were excellent during our wedding. They made the process very laid back and we didn’t have to intervene at all. Also, huge props to Stan for learning a few Final Fantasy songs to play during the pre-ceremony. The songs I selected were also fairly difficult but he was able to handle task with ease. What a great musician! DJ and photo booth that were provided were also top notch! They made sure that everyone was dancing and there was no lull during the event. All things considered, Angela and I are extremely pleased with Stan Wiest Music and recommend him and his team to anyone looking for DJ/Music/Entertainment for the event.

Stan and DJ Ralph did a magnificent job performing at our wedding this past weekend. We could not have been happier. Stan is an amazing piano/keyboardist and the ceremony and cocktail music was so beautiful and romantic. He played all of our favorite songs. Stan Wiest is awesome. He is such a friendly, down to earth guy. He’s quirky in a good way. He was very professional, accommodating, and most of all, talented. Plus, he lived around the corner from us so that was a big help too. DJ Mike played all the songs we requested and even sprinkled in some songs of his own choosing that fit our tastes and mood. DJ Mike knew I was an 80’s rock fan so he brought Jillian and me out to the dance floor and had everyone circle around us. It was really quiet since this was the beginning of the wedding. DJ Mike said we looked like a fun party couple and then he played “Any Way You Want It” by Journey. I started to dance and lip sync and everybody went nuts. It was funny and cool and unexpected. My wife thought I knew about it but I had no idea. Stan Wiest is great. I highly recommend them.

Stan did a phenomenal job ensuring the music selection for my wedding was executed as requested from myself and my beautiful wife. Stan played the piano during ceremony, cocktail hour and played all requests made during cocktail hour. The ceremony music was perfect as my wife walked down the isle to “Holy” by Florida Georgia line. Stan acted as the director for the band/DJ combination we had during the reception which was a wonderful balance between the two, honestly we couldn’t tell during some moments what song the band was playing and what song the DJ music was playing, Stan and the band were in fact that good! Lastly Stan’s attitude was wonderful and he was a pleasure to work with even with a change of venue 90 days away from the event and offered insight and solutions to help get us right on track! Stan Wiest Music IS the way to go and we will be going directly to Stan for any future music needs. Stan, thank you one last time from Myself & Carla!
